When you just need to talk it out

Life will give us what we need for the evolution of our soul.

We can't always agree upon the life lesson.

Some come with a pill (life lesson) that's very hard to swallow.

We are given news that can be life shattering.

We move forward...... How?

Breathing is the first step.

We don't stop breathing but at times it sure does feel like it.

Reach out - We find our support team or that one person who we can confide in to help us through this time.

Life feels surreal.

Please know, you are not alone.

We move forward, each day sometimes thinking how are we going to make it through.

Yet we do.

Each morning we rise again to a new beginning.

This is where your support team steps up to the plate and is there for us.

The hardest thing?

Letting them.

You need to trust your team.

You have no one?

Not one person to confide in?

There are folks out there, help hotlines for you to talk to someone.

Here are a few:
