Peaceful silence.

It's not that I don't have anything to say, it's just sometimes nice to experience quiet.

Nature sounds, the sounds of the day, listening to others talk (in a whole - not as eavesdropping) .

When was the last time you took a few moments to just listen in silence?

Days, weeks and months can go by and I don't really have anything to say.

I'm not keeping silent as a protest, it's not that things don't affect me, but in my world, at this time, silence feels better.

No arguments, no laughing, just sounds of everyone else except me.

Have you ever sat with a friend in silence?

It didn't feel uncomfortable, just felt nice.

Nothing to read into, just the art of being still.

There is emotion.

I laugh when I want to laugh, observe something beautiful and appreciate when it happens, speak when I want or need to, but silence.....sooooo peaceful.

I can sit there in a room filled full of people and find the quiet within.

Yes, there are times when I can not tune it out, something weighing on my heart, words of other still lingering within and yet.....when I need it, the silence can be found.

Silence is being mindful of everything else around you.

Sometimes there is no pondering of thoughts, nothing rattling around upstairs, just silence.

Being still and silent.
