The holidays whether you celebrated or not can bring a disruption in our lives. Stores were either very busy, extended hours, long lines not to mention the traffic.

Time to get back to something that resembles 'normal'.

We can set new goals for this year, which will reset our lives.

Let's get moving.


Each day we vow/ promise to get this or that done, act this way or that, promise our Self a new job/career and find that we come across road blocks.

Why would you let that stop you?

Did you really have the intention to move forward in the most positive way?

A few road blocks? It's life! It happens.


You vowed to try a morning class at 6AM.

It's cold outside, the bed is warm, you had a rough day yesterday or I need that few extra minutes of sleep, didn't you promise your Self change?

Life WILL give you road blocks and apparently those goals were goals that are only to be met as long as it's warm outside, there is more daylight, you had a great day before, you have your clothes ready....or another list of excuses.


Did you want to really change?

Or just set a goal that you never had the intention of fulfilling?

Sure we all do it at some point and at another point you get your Self up and brush your Self off and get out the door to your yoga practice.


You wanted to eat healthy?

You forgot to go the grocery store?

Listen, you weren't up for that change......yet.

You know you can have the stores shop for you now?

They bring it to your car and you don't even have to get out.

No excuses anymore.

Time to get it together my friends!!!!!


If others can do it -you can too!

You just need to figure it out.

Reset your plan of action and take action!


You might even find out that it was better for you than you thought.

You can't expect someone else to hold your hand thru a Self change. It's YOU and you alone. Share it with someone and have them boost your confidence and guide you forward, but don't expect them to change to YOUR goals. They are your support.


Excuses be gone!

Get your Self healthy - body, mind and soul.
